Project Overview:
Weigand is a Contracting and Construction based in Fort Wayne, IN who has over 115 years of experience. Pro Dev, short for Professional Development, is an internal department of Weigand's focused on training, putting out digital content, and growing the company's brand. They were unhappy with their current logo and wanted a refresh.

For brand consistency I kept their current font for the new logo

Their previous logo didn't convey Pro Dev's mission so I utilized an upward arrow to emphasize growth and development

I used Weigand's "W" logo as the E in Pro Dev to incorporate their logo in a unique way

Had an excellent experience getting a logo created. We had an older design that was in need of a revamp, and Cripe Graphics really pulled through on keeping some of the elements of the old logo, but giving it new life! Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and there was a lot of care in the look. I'm extremely happy about it and the CEO was impressed as well!
